In this workshop, you will learn why diets don’t work, the myth of willpower, how your childhood effects your relationship with food, and the obstacles that keep people stuck in emotional eating and unable to trust their body’s intuition. Through lecture, guided practices, an interactive workbook, and a mindful eating exercise, you will tap into your innate wisdom to accelerate you forward in your food freedom and self-love journey.

Facilitator: Andrea Travis is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with a BS in Life Sciences. She is passionate about guiding others to find peace with food and their bodies.
