Join Erick Herlong for this unique experience of coming together for a Dharma talk centered around discovering ways to deeply connect with ourselves thru learning to listen to the wisdom of the natural world. We will learn several mindfulness practices to support this journey including simple breath work and mantra repetition. There will be space for individual time to reflect and journal while immersed in nature. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothes suitable for gentle movement and walking in the woods. A mat or blanket for sitting or lying on the earth.
