Honoring Our Ancestors Labyrinth Walk

In many traditions around the world, this time of year is designated as an opportunity to pause and to honor our loved ones and ancestors who have gone before us. One powerful way to do this is by walking a labyrinth. This deeply meditative practice allows us to both bless what we wish to give thanks for and release what we are ready to let go of.
